Delivery: By Air, By Sea, or By Courier (DHL, UPS, FEDEx, EMS, etc) Feright Collect
Delivery Day/Time: Most order will be shipped within 7 -10 business days (in case available Stock), However, custom made orders will take up to 6 weeks after receipt of your order confirmation. (If we can't sent within that period or there will be any delay, we'll notify you by e-mail, accordingly)
Return Policy : Satisfaction Garanteed, if you are not pleased with our products, you can contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll be happy to correct the problems. Or if there are any major incomplete or defect products, We accept return policy within 10 days of receipt. We'll replace or credit the price of the products minus shipping charges, No refunds are made for damaged or defective merchandize, we'll accept just only replacements and credit.
Make to order, custom orders, Personalization orders cannot be exchanged or returned. Please note details within each item's description before making your final decision
